Director & Co-Founder
With over 15 years’ experience recruiting elite technology talent for leading global financial institutions, Tom has delivered hundreds of successful placements across investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and consultancies.
He began his career as a top-performing individual contributor before moving into leadership, building and managing high-performing teams that delivered in excess of £35 million in annual revenue for a global FTSE 250 recruitment firm. Over the years, Tom has developed a trusted network of finance technology professionals and earned a reputation for consistent delivery on complex, high-impact searches.
A proud Yorkshireman, Leeds fan and dad of two, Tom can often be found struggling up the hills of Hertfordshire on two wheels.

Director & Co-Founder
With a decade in financial technology recruitment, Ben has placed over 200 technology and change professionals across investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and FinTech firms.
He’s built a global network of more than 20,000 technology professionals and founded one of London’s largest tech meetups, fostering collaboration and community through talks and events with industry leaders.
A Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional, Ben is passionate about building inclusive teams and lasting client partnerships.
Outside of work, he’s a keen football and boxing fan - though the early mornings and late nights of recruitment have put his competitive boxing days firmly behind him.
